Symphony now presents you with the opportunity to be advised about the possibilities which the unique apartments offer to potential buyers. An available architect can be consulted to design and draw up plans for an optimal lay-out. This architect, Thomas s’Jacob, has extensive experience in designing luxury apartments and the specific wishes of the occupants. Thomas s’Jacob is also familiar with the technical aspects of the building, the possibilities and the impossibilities. As an interested buyer the “FREE INTERIOR DESIGN ADVICE” will save you both time and money.

Rules of the game:

· A written option is drawn up which is signed by both you and the seller. The free interior design advice is only applicable for house type F or G (semi-storey), type I (loft), type K (penthouse) or type E (terrace house).

· You can receive up to 4 working hours of free concept design and consultation from architect Thomas s’Jacob. After this 4 hour free advice the costs for additional hours are for your own account.

· A resulting assignment for a final design and liabilities are between the buyer and the architect.

· Obtaining possible necessary permits, approvals and final costs of construction are for the buyer's own account and risk.

· The buyer is at liberty to assign another architect for the final drawing up of the plans.

· The buyer himself will enter into an agreement with Thomas s’Jacob for compensation of additional hours and/or definite design and/or construction supervision.

· The interior design advice is not meant to serve as an advice for architects other than that of Thomas s’Jacob.

Thomas s’Jacob

Thomas s’Jacob has a subtle and pragmatic style which has continued to evolve over the course of twelve years. He has built a well-established name for himself as an architect, interior architect and construction manager. His designs are spatial and open with much attention to the quality of materials and the routing of an apartment. Thomas s’Jacob is involved with Symphony for the architectural design and construction management of one of the model houses. So, he knows the (technical) specifications of the building like no other. He is furthermore known for his exceptional designs of luxury apartments.
