Parking

It is also possible to purchase a parking space in a section of the parking garage that is only accessible to residents. This parking area has an elevator that leads directly to the apartments. The prices for a parking space start at € 48,500 and depend on location and size.

Interior climate control

The apartments are provided with a floor heating and cooling system. This contributes to optimum living comfort. Heating, refrigeration and warmwater system have been connected on a LTES system. This is the abbreviation for long term energy storage. The management of heat and cooling within the building using underground storage allows for the re use of energy. This makes the building particularly durable and reduces the environmental tax. At times of high demand the system is connected on city heating.

The Zuidas district is centrally located and next to some lovely green areas with lots of water. These super surroundings, the easy accessibility and the comprehensive local facilities make the Zuidas district a top location for international living and working within Amsterdam.

After completion of the projects in the Gershwin quarter, the residents will live in a new part of Amsterdam with both lively and quiet streets, green squares, city gardens and small parks. In the near future the Zuidas district will offer a wealth of recreational facilities in a cosmopolitan living environment with many restaurants and cafés, a musical theatre and various museums.
